A huge congratulations to the chef team at The David Livingstone Safari Lodge & Spa – officially the best in Zambia! Darryl Freeman, the Executive Chef won the overall title of 2014 – 2015 Mastercook Zambia while Shantel (Pastry Chef) took the title of amateur Chef. Also, not forgetting Kelvin (Sous Chef) who made it as far as the semi-finals. An outstanding effort by an equally outstanding team.
